I have hosted many tour groups from France and Germany, travelling alongside their national guides who look after the commentary and guest interactions, so I'm very comfortable working as part of a team and keeping a full coach running to time. My own favourite corner of the country is Tissamaharama in the deep south, where an agricultural civilisation, with its great tanks and irrigation works, has been thriving since the 2nd century BC.
